Holly was engaged three times. She was the wife of Danny Quinn, an actor. They were married in 1992 but divorced after two years in 1993. She met Jim Carrey during auditions for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. The two actors didn't land the role but developed a connection during filming Dumb and Dumber. In 1996 they were married. Their marriage was less than an year and then they divorced in 1997 In 2001, she married Francis Greco, a Canadian-born financial banker.The couple welcomed three sons: Henry, George, and Alexander Holly-Greco. When she was married Greco the following year, she obtained Canadian citizenship. The couple got divorced back in 2014. Holly and her three children reside with her three children in Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly, Grant and their families each created the A Fund in 1992 at Hobart & William Smith Colleges to honor her brother Alexander. Holly described him as a "boy with a lot of hopes, dreams, plans and hopes". Alexander was only 14 years old older when he died, but he traveled to Central America and Europe, was a resident of New York City, and Los Angeles. His experiences led him to study architecture and archaeology.
Alaina Suddeth, born November 8, 1994 in Rossville Georgia was the daughter of Kristy Suddeth along with J. J. Suddeth. The place she was born was Rossville in Georgia. Her father is a Chattanooga process technician. The first time she sang in public was a singing in a choir for children as well as at a karaoke venue for a family vacation. The singer performed at places like restaurants, churches, social gatherings with family, and all within 30 miles of her home. Alaina, at the age eight, won the Southern Stars Pageant Talent Competition. That year she was crowned the competition to showcase talent for children at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. This festival permitted the contest on its main stage in the age of 12 because she been performing there each year. At the age of 10 years old, she went to Orlando for the American Model and Talent Competition. She beat out more than 1,500 children in winning the contest. Alaina was a part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association's Children's Group. Alaina, then 12, took her first of many trips to Nashville. She also performed in bars in the area, such as Tootsie's on Broadway. Alaina was born in 1989, took home the WinniSTAR talent contest for the youth in Lake Winnepesaukah. Alaina started singing when her cousin Holly Witherow who had been diagnosed with a tumor of the brain inspired her. Prior to Idol, Alaina worked at CiC's Pizza. She graduated from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe Senior High School in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
